Wellbeing
What is wellbeing?
Wellbeing is the state of being comfortable, healthy, or happy.
At Hutton Henry CE Primary School we believe the wellbeing of our children should be at the centre of everything we do.
What is mental health?
Mental health refers to our cognitive, behavioural, and emotional wellbeing – it is all about how we think, feel, and behave. Mental health can affect daily life, relationships, and even physical health. Mental health also includes a person’s ability to enjoy life – to attain a balance between life activities and efforts to achieve psychological resilience.
We offer a range of support in school and work with external agencies when needed in order to support our children and help them to be ready to learn.

What a busy, but fun, day! We are all exhausted. From bingo, colouring and tattoos to donkeys, silent disco and go karts. We have enjoyed every minute. Tuck shop and ice creams filled us up and we enjoyed a picnic buffet for dinner. We ended our day with a colour run which was fantastic. 🌈 🫏 ✏️ 🎧 🕺 🏃♀️ 🏹 🎯 🎨 🖌 ... See MoreSee Less
